A short word from Dave Williams.
The story
More than four decades of the same family answering the same phone.
David Williams, who most customers just call Dave, owns AirLoom Cooling & Heating and has spent more than forty years building it into a business the region actually trusts. Ashley runs the office and is usually the voice on the other end of the phone when you call. Out in the field, the names that keep showing up in customer reviews are Tyler, Daniel, Jacob, and Garrett, the technicians who actually knock on the door and do the work.
The company has been family owned and operated since 1979, which makes it older than most of the neighborhoods it now services. That kind of tenure is not something you can advertise your way into. It gets built one repeat customer at a time, across summers that get hotter and winters that show up late and leave early, in a corner of Texas that does not forgive a bad HVAC decision for long.

Why the map stays small

AirLoom only takes calls in North Harris and Montgomery counties, and that limit is intentional rather than a lack of ambition. Dave and every technician on staff actually live in the neighborhoods on the schedule, so a fast response is not a marketing promise, it is a side effect of geography. When you call, you are not reaching a dispatcher routing you to whoever is closest that week. You are reaching the people who live a few streets over.
Training and equipment
NATE certified, and a Lennox Premier Dealer.
NATE certification is not a one time test the technicians took years ago and forgot about. It comes with a continuing education requirement, so the crew keeps studying equipment as it changes instead of working off what they learned when they started. Standing as a Lennox Premier Dealer sits on top of that, giving the shop a deeper line into that equipment specifically, though every repair truck still handles whatever brand is already installed in your home.

Yesterday I had an issue at a property water coming from ceiling and the sheetrock swelling. They came out within the hour and had it sorted that evening. From someone who doesn't do reviews.
Jacob was great! He worked from the office for over an hour to keep us from getting a service call fee. When that didn't work, he came out the same day and spent quite some time fixing the problem.
