What a maintenance visit actually covers
A technician tests the ignitor or pilot assembly, checks the heat exchanger for cracking, cleans the burners, inspects the blower motor and belt where fitted, and confirms the thermostat is wired and calibrated correctly. We walk you through anything we find before touching it. It's the kind of visit that catches a failing part in October instead of on the coldest night in January.

Install day
